About Us
GREAT BRITAIN DISABILITY BOXING
Our ethos is that Boxing should be accessible to all levels of ability. Our long-term aim is to inspire and initiate Boxing as a sport which will be fully inclusive at amateur level. This will incorporate a structure being created which will be the model to which all amateur level adaptive Boxers will adhere to, in order that they can compete.
There will be additional advice on how to make training gyms more accessible to the public in the future as well as inclusion packages on how to work with a number of disabilities/adaptive needs. Advice on rehabilitation, specific adaptive needs, mental health and nutrition will also be made available.
